We contacted Dan when putting our home up for sale after realizing we had a serious water issue under our slab, he was very responsive and had some ideas to help us solve our problem but identified we also had footing drain flooding and lived in an area with high water table problems!
We needed a solution for long term. Dan and his team spent considerable time working on our home while we also had put the home on the market for sale
and he helped us solve our water issue! He also worked with my real estate agent and other contractors as the project moved along and he communicated to me
via FaceTime since I had already moved out of state!
The project was completed and house was sold and I believe the water system installed is still working as needed!
